Lynne has a very kind and friendly manner. She listened to my issues and advised the best course of action. She checked with me after every suggestion how I felt. This was all done over video call which is impressive. I am very satisfied. I do not think anything could be improved.

The fact that Lynne arrived on time and identified herself clearly whilst also being professional, polite and reassuringly understanding, and empathetic. Were some of the factors that made me feel that I could trust her, and be confident that she could resolve any issues I was or would be facing. The fact that I have a long standing and complex trust issue which causes me to have difficulty in trusting people, makes the fact that I find trusting Lynne at all is testament to how she was able to put me at ease.
